Grover BMay 17, 2026Bradley's is great! Dumb-assed FORD doesn't make BCMs for a 2012 Edge. The BCM was failing - a central fail-point computer board - controlling many electric functions. Otherwise the car was good. The BCM was removed and sent out to be re-built and re-installed. Patience was a virtue. Gary & Erika worked and communicated with us all the way. Very good experience. Maaco TMarch 20, 2025I don't give referrals for any mechanic shops .Because of bad experiences, but we have used these guys for servicing my shop truck which we rely heavily on to transport cars, I will say that I don't think I have had a better customer service or experience with any other mechanical shop then Bradley's ., Hands down the Absolute best I have used in years. We do our own mechanical for the most part but times have changes and the computers needed to diagnose or reset are out of expertise. so its best to leave to the pros who have invested in these tools. I would give 10 stars if available. They are honest ,and priced accordingly. These guys have our business going forward commercially and personal. Dennis SMarch 7, 2025As a retired school administrator with 40 years in education in New Jersey schools, I admit to having difficulty differentiating between a carburetor and a catalytic converter, have never rotated my own tires, have never changed my own oil or did any serious work on my cars despite owning cars since 1962. This is why I rely on the professionals to provide me with these services and why honesty and trust are paramount to me. I moved to Red Bank 5 years ago and Bradley's was recommended to me by a neighbor and I have utilized their service on numerous occasions and with every visit, I become a more committed customer. I know when I visit Bradley's I can be assured of professional service, will not be taken advantage of, and will have any services pre-explained with the actual cost outlined in advance of any work being started. On one occasion it was recommended that I take my car to my dealer as the warranty was still in effect and on another the service was provided at no cost because the work was minimal and on both occasions it would have been easy to be taken advantage of with me being a novice and having no idea of severity of my car concerns. They kept the Jeep 1.5 days to check it out under different conditions. The battery and alternator were found to be in good condition and there were no codes showing. I am impressed with their expertise, communication, and overall service in and around this job. Erica took great care to realistically set my expectations, kept me fully informed throughout the process and having learned my interests as a customer, reached out to offer information which enabled me to make the entire experience more convenient than I had hoped for in terms of “killing two birds with one stone” as respects towing and the vehicle’s detailing needs (note: exceptional job by Jeff Reid in detailing the car - he made an 11 year old car with 150K+ miles look like new!). Bob CApril 17, 2024This place is fantastic! I first discovered Bradley's auto last year when I was having problems with my other car. I brought my 2018 Hyundai to several places beforehand, and nobody could pinpoint what was causing my car to misfire. Bradley's was able to tell me exactly what was wrong and quoted a price that was literally thousands of dollars less than nearby competitors. For example, one nearby place wanted 3300 just to fix the timing chain. Unreal. Today I brought my second car to Bradley ( much older car, 2001). Once again, they pinpointed my exact issues and quoted me a repair price that is well within my limited budget and ensures I can keep this car much longer than expected. I'm new to the area and asked a neighbor for a recommendation on a reliable and trustworthy shop. The one recommended to me couldn't take the car due to a big backlog of work, but was kind enough to refer me to Bradley's and Gary. I called; Gary was very professional, friendly and appreciative. They took the G8 and diagnosed the problem accurately (a bad electronic throttle body). The part was pricey (it's a rare car) but the labor was very reasonable. Mark GOctober 8, 2018I recently had the Misfortune to have my vehicle suffer a catastrophic failure on a Saturday not close to home. We called Bradley’s Auto service and arranged a flat bed tow to their location where the took a look at the car shortly after and determined it needed hose repaired from oil cooler they kept the car and repaired the issue as well as other problems that were needed. They fixed everything that needed to be repaired and even though they had never met me before were more than fair with their pricing and the repair was done perfectly.
